JKFM holds both the building management and cleaning contracts at its flagship building: a 24 level residential tower with 111 apartments, managed hands on by the director.

Building management
On site building management under committee direction: day to day operations, resident communications, common property inspections, compliance management and active builder defect management on behalf of the owners corporation.

Maintenance
25+ specialist contractors coordinated at this single building, across fire systems, lifts, car stackers, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing, waste, pest control, doors, access control, security and glazing. Every open item is tracked on a live works register and reported to the committee in writing.

Cleaning
More than 5,000 cleaning hours delivered since October 2023 by a trained, site dedicated team, working to documented per shift checklists with quality audits. The building manager and the cleaning provider are the same accountable party.
